Overview
65klusser is a CMMS used by field workers and franchise admins in maintenance and small construction-related services. The platform turns intake calls into planned jobs, planned jobs into completed work orders and completed work orders into invoices, automatically.
I designed the full UX: field research, user flows, wireframes, the admin dashboard, the request intake flow, the weekly planning view, the field worker mobile experience and the invoicing handover. The focus was reducing context-switching: every screen pushes the user toward the next concrete action.
